The following Terms and Conditions control your membership in the Midjobs Program. You agree that you have read and understood this Agreement ("Agreement") and that your membership in the Midjobs Program (the "Program") shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions between you (the "Member") and Midjobs. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by Midjobs. Please review them from time to time since your ongoing use is subject to the terms and conditions as modified. Your continued participation in Midjobs after such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register to become a member of Midjobs.
Terms of Participation
I. Member must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Members must provide accurate, complete and updated registration information, including an accurate name, mailing address and email address.
II. To the full extent allowed by applicable law, Midjobs, at its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may refuse to accept applications for membership.
III. Members may not (i) select or use an Email Address of another person; (ii) use a name subject to rights of another person without authorization from that person; (iii) use a false or misleading name, mailing address, or email address to activate or use a Member account.
IV. By signing up for the Midjobs program, A Member is opting-in to receive updates and special offer emails from Midjobs. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may click the removal links found in all emails sent out through Midjobs or you may cancel your account at any time.
V.Midjobs is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the member.Midjobs will only cancel/terminate a membership if it's deemed that the member is operating in conflict with the Midjobs terms and conditions.
VI. Only one membership account per person is allowed unless specified otherwise in specific memberships or account types.
VII. Any membership that is canceled/terminated will forfeit all benefits, privileges and accumulated earnings associated with Midjobs
VIII. Midjobs reserves the right to track Member's activity by both IP Address as well as individual browser activity while on the Midjobs website for the prevention of potential fraudulent activity.
IX. Midjobs has the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel, at any time and for any reason deemed to be in conflict with our terms and conditions, a Member's membership in and access to the Midjobs Website and the Midjobs program. All Earnings may be cancelled in Midjobs's sole discretion, and the Member may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies if such action is deemed warranted by Midjobs.
X. Member agrees not to abuse his or her membership privileges by acting in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement. Member agrees not to attempt to earn through other than legitimate channels authorized by Midjobs. Member agrees not to participate in any fraudulent behavior of any kind.
XI.Midjobs shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules. Any decision Midjobs makes relating to the cancellation of Earnings and the termination of membership shall be final and binding.
XII. Spamming is strictly prohibited. Any spamming done to advertise Midjobs will result in immediate termination of your account and a forfeiture of your account balance. Incidents will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
XIII. Member's discontinued participation in the Midjobs program or failure to notify Midjobs of any address (mailing or email) changes may result in the termination of Member's membership and forfeiture of Member's unredeemed Earnings.
XIV. If an upgraded member's account goes past due on its renewal date, they understand that their Midjobs account will be dropped to a standard membership and unable to participate in the Midjobs program. Once the member upgrades again, and have met the other qualifications associated with the Midjobs Program, member will be able to receive shares from the sales of services and products profits.
XV. Member shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to Member. Member acknowledges that Member may only participate in the Midjobs program if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations.
XVI. All branding, logos, graphics and ad copy contained within Midjobs are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. Midjobs provides members with approved material for marketing within the member's area. The use of the Midjobs name in any domain name is also prohibited. Anyone found breaking the terms on the copyright material will be immediately terminated and also may be subject to legal action taken by Midjobs.
XVII. Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging or slanderous to Midjobs and or its members will be terminated from Midjobs without notice. Depending on the seriousness, Midjobs may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.
XVIII. Member is responsible for any and all taxes payable in the country in which you resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive from either Midjobs or any program promoted via the Midjobs program.
XVIX. Member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of the Midjobs program.
XX. Member understands and agrees that Midjobs is an advertising program / company and not an investment site. We do not guarantee any percentages, earing amounts or time frames on any earnings from the Midjobs program as stated in our Earnings Disclaimer here.
XXI. If a member objects to any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications to this agreement, or becomes dissatisfied with the Program, Member's only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in the Midjobs program and properly terminate his or her membership.
XXII. Refund Policy
We have a NO Refund Policy. All advertising purchases or memberships sold by Midjobs are sold as is without any guarantee. By making a purchase with Midjobs, you are confirming that you have read and understand our NO refund policy.
XXIII. Member Expressly Agrees That Use Of The Service Is At Member's Sole Risk. The Service Is Provided On An "As Is" And "As Available" Basis. To The Maximum Extent Allowed By Applicable Law, Midjobs Expressly Disclaims All Warranties Of Any Kind, Expressed Or Implied By Law, Custom Or Otherwise, Including Without Limitation Any Warranty Of Merchantability, Satisfactory Quality, Fitness For A Particular Purpose Or Non-Infringement. Midjobs Makes No Warranty Regarding Any Goods Or Services Purchased Or Obtained Through The Program Or Any Transactions Entered Into Through The Program.
XXIV. To The Maximum Extent Allowed By Applicable Law, Neither Midjobs Nor Any Of Its Members, Subsidiaries, Publishers, Service Providers, Licensors, Officers, Directors Or Employees Shall Be Liable For Any Direct, Indirect, Incidental, Special Or Consequential Damages Arising Out Of Or Relating To This Agreement, Resulting From The Use Or The Inability To Use The Service Or For The Cost Of Procurement Of Substitute Goods And Services Or Resulting From Any Goods Or Services Purchased Or Obtained Or Messages Received Or Transactions Entered Into Through The Program Or Resulting From Unauthorized Access To Or Alteration Of User's Transmissions Or Data, Including But Not Limited To, Damages For Loss Of Profits, Use, Data Or Other Intangible, Even If Such Party Has Been Advised Of The Possibility Of Such Damages.
XXV. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, Midjobs uses appropriate industry standard procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of Member's personal information, such as firewall, encryption, token authentication, application proxies, monitoring technology, and adaptive analysis of the Website's traffic to track abuse of the Midjobs Website and its data. However, no data transmitted over the Internet can be 100% secure. As a result, while Midjobs strives to protect its Members personal information, cannot guarantee the security of any information that Members transmit to or from the participating advertisers/merchants and Member does so at his/her own risk.
XXVI. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between Member and Midjobs in connection with general membership in the Midjobs program and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. If any provision of this AGREEMENT is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of this AGREEMENT will remain in force. No failure of either party to exercise or enforce any of its rights under this AGREEMENT will act as a waiver of such rights.
