Woman in my mid 40′s and I have 40-50 pounds to lose Do you think there is any hope for me losing this weight?

I have rewarding full-time job, husband, kids, 2 dogs, great house, newer minivan and am financially set. Volunteer at church as CCD teacher and choir director and am in the middle of earning my second graduate degree. I am a techie! I love making others lives really great.

    Okay….3,500 calories to burn one pound of fat
    You keep a journal of your food intake..I think its highly important for you to see on paper the numbers of what you are taking in.

    You buy a calorie counting watch..You take your total intake calories +3,500 add them together and THAT is what you need to burn everyday..to burn one pound.

    If you start seeing the numbers I think it will help see that alot of what you might eat..may be uneccesary. You have to remember that your stomach and your intake of food at one meal sitting should be the size of your fist. It doesn’t take much food to maintain your health. You can have 5 to 6 servings of healthy food the size of your fits over three regular huge meals. Your body is like a conveyer belt. You need a little at a time to keep everything moving. Good Luck

    absolutely!
    start by drinking alot more water and walking a half hour per day. eventually get to where you are walking an hour a day. the weight will come off…and you will feel great! :)

    Of course.. age has nothing to do with the ability to lose weight. it just takes determination.

    Yes. Anything is possible when you put your mind to it. Besides, if you lose 40-50lbs, it is A LOT easier for you to move around.

    and there you will found more information about your body and how much fat in your body ,really very good one for you and after all how you can management your weight ,It really help me to lose 4Kg in just two week and I think is very good for you , because not lose weight and you can have more energy in your body and you will feel the different ,so try it you will not lose any thing , I hope this will help and good luck
