I think you may be working too much.. But if your job isnt that stressful, then it doesnt make sense.
But your behavior doesnt have to be weired at all. I guess everyone but freaks like to have their own time to relax.. And mostlly, that time comes at the weekends, when you have so less worries than during the week. The fact that you use your saturdays or sundays just to relax and find yourself again isnt strange or weired. Its normal to get exausted during your week and to find your weekend a way to get over the stress and bad feelings.
Despite your behavior being normal, you can go to the pharmacy and get some vitamins which will help you feeling less exausted.

YIt seems that lonliness is the cause of your feeling weiry..Studies show that mental agility is the core to remain happy. Try to indulge in some social activity – charity project or so. Close your day with prayers.
