All companies are different concerning their organizational structure. Some have more levels than this, some have less levels.
CEO- Chief Executive Officer, CIO Chief Information Officer, COO- Chief Operations Officer, CFO- Chief Financial Officer, and I’m willing to say that their is a CPPO-Cheif Project Management Officer.
One level down:
P and VP of IT, V and VP of Operations, V and VP of Finance, V and VP of Sales, V and VP Marketing, V and VP of Logistics. P and VP of Maintenance, V and VP of insurance. Large companies will have more departments and most large companies will have an HR department, but the title of the person in charge may not be VP of HR. It could be “Director” of HR. Any of these departments can be “Director” instead of President.
One level down:
General Manager of all stated departments (some companies may have Regional Managers if the company is nation wide or global).
One level down:
Supervisor (middle management) of all stated departments.
One level down:
Sub Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor
One level down:
Depending on the size and industry-
Lead Person for each department
One level down:
The people that do all of the work!
The further you go down the latter, the more people there are in each area.
