		<description>Unfortunately I do not reside in that area, so I don&#039;t have first hand knowledge of whom you can approach (I live on the other side of either the Atlantic of the Pacific Ocean in Africa), yet I hope my advise will be helpful: Contact one of the newspapers being produced in that area. All newspapers have graphic design departments to produce advertising material, and usually there is a great turn-over in staff in those departments, as youngsters learn the trade and move on to greener pastures (larger corporations). Your chances probably are good to start off in a newspaper graphics department, and being in the advertising game, finding somethings better suited to your needs soon enough.</description>
