My dad has an awesome resume and tons of experience. He has been a mid level, multi-unit manager for a long time. Recently, he took on a consulting gig and has been rocking at that too. His niche (leisure/restaurant) is pretty dependent upon the economy and he needs a new job. Period. My family knows that he will be able to get another job but the concern is the he may never take a risk of this magnitude to try something different again. For a person in his late 40′s who has only been in 3 or 4 jobs his entire life, it was an adventurous decision that took courage and we don’t want him to lose that. I’m ramblin’ so if ya got any ideas or know of any jobs in the $90k range(and I realize there aren’t many), feel free to drop a line.
