I would, and have, assume a basic lack of respect in someone who came for a management interview in anything other than a suit. It is still the basic garb of professionals.

		<description>No, but it should look nicer than something you wear everyday.  Maybe a nice collared shirt and dress pants.  You don&#039;t have to wear a suit and tie though.</description>
