Probably not – if you actually interviewed, maybe but you’ll either have to call him and follow up or wait and see if you don’t want to call.
No he will not tell you if you got the job it happened to me and he never called me. sorry
The best thing to do is call them back in about a week to see if they have reviewed your application.Whether or not they were interested this will show that you are interested and wanting the job.

Honestly, most managers will not. YOU should call again and “check the status of your application”!! Keep calling for a bit…he/she will either call you back or remember your name if a position comes open. GOOOOOOD LUCK!
