I’ve currently been out of work for 8 months. I am a mid-level admin and have been applying for this type of position every week. I only apply to the jobs I know I am qualified for. I have emailed my resume and sent a hard copy to the offices. I know I could call the HR department more often but is there anything else I can do. I have had others look at my resume and tell me that it is good, so why no call backs. Anyone have any tips?
