		<description>Yeah it&#039;s tough.  I have taken jobs i was wayyy over-qualified to do.  It&#039;s hard now a days because employers don&#039;t want to hire someone who is more educated and experienced as them !  I know someone who has a master&#039;s degree and was told over and over that they were too qualified for a job, so they ended editing thier resume and just took their master&#039;s degree right off their resume.  It&#039;s not lying or unethical unless the employer specifically askes you &quot;what is your highest level of education&quot;.  I don&#039;t know what to tell your uncle, maybe he could start his own company or something?  Good luck.</description>
