I moved into a new apartment building near my college without even considering the fact that it is on the corner of two very busy streets. Unfortunately I’m in the deep south right now, where heavy traffic means a steady flow of extremely loud pick up trucks with diesal engines, chevy impalas blasting their subwoofers to compete with eachother, tons of semi trucks on residential roads, and way too many cars in need of new muffler. To top it all off, it starts at 5 AM and goes non stop till 8. I can’t move now, so I need to find a way to deal with it!
I’m very sensitive to low noises, and can’t seem to find an ear plug that can block them out. Most earplugs I can find do a fine job of blocking out mid level noises, but allow most of the lower frequencies to come through loud and clear.
Does anyone know of any earplugs that can help me to block out some of these low noises?
